I’m Joel, a Dallas–Fort Worth REALTOR® with Gullion Properties. Before we talk about an address, I want to understand the life you’re building around it.

My own path brought me home.

I grew up in Garland and Rowlett, then spent years in Nashville working in music and entertainment. Marketing, publicity and hospitality taught me to pay attention, listen closely, and make people feel welcome.

During COVID, I returned to DFW to help my family. Coming home gave me a different understanding of what a move can mean. Sometimes it’s an opportunity. Sometimes it’s a responsibility. Often, it’s both.
